GENERAL

What is the inspiration behind The Authority?

The Authority is the result of founder, Jasper Goh's dream to create a platform for men to discover and appreciate contemporary menswear styles. Since then, the company has grown to advocate for an independent and minimalist outlook on culture, design, art, and most importantly - fashion.

Where are your products from?

All of our designs are conceived in-house, by a team of Singaporean designers. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

At The Authority, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum, we calculate shipping rates base on Real Time Courier, so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above SGD$50, you will qualify for free local delivery. 

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, an email notification will be sent to the email address you used to sign up with us, or the email address you provided during checkout.

How soon will I get my order?

We aim to ensure that our apparel reach our customers in the shortest time possible. Depending on which mode of delivery you choose, we hope that our domestic customers receive their order within 5 days, while our international customers, in about 2 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Transit times are now at an estimated 2 weeks to major destinations and countries around the world.

Please note that The Authority does not cover the additional costs imposed by federal, regional or state governments in the form of customs and duties. Our delivery couriers will contact you for such matters before you receive your order.

What is your return policy?

Here at The Authority, we believe in ensuring that our customers only receive apparel of the highest quality. If you spot any defects, feel like to email us at enquiries@theauthority.co or contact us through Facebook in order to arrange for a return at our retail store at 03-03 orchard gateway.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

What is your privacy policy?

The Authority will never sell of our customer's data to any organisation. Any information that we collect will only be used to contact our customers regarding their orders, or regarding new products or promotions. 

Is my credit card information protected?

Yes! The checkout process is protected via a 256 bit encryption process, which ensures that your credit card information is safe. 

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we use PayPal, Credit and Debit cards to process all of our orders. We are looking into expanding our modes of payment in the near future.

Do you have a brick & mortar location?

Yes! Our flagship store is located at 03-03 orchard gateway. We are open from 1pm to 9pm on weekdays, and from 12pm to 10pm on weekends.
